I live in Idaho, and trust me, in certain parts that guy would fit right in. Try going downtown Boise on a Friday night to the local "clubs." Never seen that GT3 before (if he is in fact from 9B that would be why), but we do have a good chunk of nice cars per capita for being, well... Idaho. Since only 1 county…
