I disagree. Devel hasn’t done anything. This engine builder has done something pretty interesting though. Devel signed a check, so it’s their thing, but this is not a 5000 hp supercar, nor is it even a 3000 hp supercar. It’s a guy named Steve’s really awesome almost 5000 hp engine.
