I am stumped by this. The link is to the designer’s page, but they’re clearly not the ones selling it. I imagine some unicef page/shop in the UK is actually selling them.
Maybe they think it’s some type of protective wrapping for delivery only. Like that plastic film that comes on microwave screenss, etc??

spasmodic dysphonia - she’s out for voice treatments a few times each year. I think she’s adapted remarkably well to her current condition, (I think it only started a decade ago) she uses very concise and deliberate statements to get the most out of her guests. Kinda reminds me of Bob Dylan in that way.

The mirror in an SLR is not the shutter, but you are right that most shutter types move linearly and so can create blur/warp effects when a high speed subject meets a high speed shutter.
