I agree that it’s a big, hard life change. I would also suggest that it’s not necessarily a problem that can be corrected by a trainer who makes you exercise really hard. The solution is mostly mental, whether the dieter replaces obsessive eating with obsessive exercise or some other process.

To be fair, someone who’s 100 pounds overweight probably could make it out of “morbidly obese” just by changing what they’re eating (mostly, eating less) without a lot of exercise.

The Dem candidate got over a million more actual votes, and was within 200K actual votes of also swinging an Electoral College win. Trump got fewer actual votes than Mitt Romney. It’s hardly a slam dunk win for the Rs in 2020.
