If you’re worried about re-offending, his wife is literally *right there* and in a position of power ahead of him. So I don’t think that’s what’s being argued here. We’re not worried about him possibly doing that again, so we’re just arguing that because he abused that power when he was 23, he should never coach again

Or, maybe fire the coach that lost the team back in 2015 and was regularly skipping meetings for massages. Rodgers for all his faults was at least still a very talented QB who could do things. If McCarthy wasn't able to manage the team or call good enough plays... what exactly was he there for?

It is weird that Bryan essentially had to mute his character for Kofi. Because the ways that he could hook into a feud with Kofi - the crass selling of trinkets at the expense of the environment probably being the best idea- would just be kind of a distraction from what Kofi’s main arc is. Also something of a repeat

This region is almost seeded upside down. My bracket has a 11-8 seed final between Gooch and Sherpa. Sherpa has a long and winding road but I think they can climb out of this region.

The Cavs have picked #1 four times between 2003 and 2013. They absolutely do not get enough grief for drafting Anthony Bennett and Andrew Wiggins back to back years #1. They were saved by LeBron coming in and demanding they trade Wiggins/Bennett for Love. Them getting Zion is 100% what I want as a Cavs fan but we 100%

I would have to see a close up to be sure, but it really did not look like a foul by Millsap. Like he didnt move into KD at all, KD just sort of flailed into him.

More likely: fractures hand punching inanimate object after something hurts his delicate feelings (women, non-racists, a homerun, someone accurately pointing out how shitty he acts), uses down time to tweet *more*, much to our collective horror.

At least the Orioles are intentionally tanking. Due to injuries, in a year they’re widely expected to win the division, the Indians lineup will likely feature:

‘Going cashless “also reduces employee theft, according to teams and vendors,” (the article gives no proof for this bold claim)‘

Did NFL draft prospect Rock Ya-Sin make a previous bracket and I didn’t notice?

For reference, the Mets/Wilpons bought the Syracuse team this year and renamed them the Mets. They'll also likely be sending Tebow there at some point. Syracuse was one of the worst drawing teams in the IL last year, so turning them around would allow them to take credit. The whole thing is an exercise in trying to

A part of me wants to be a tiny bit sympathetic to a guy who was 60 when his wife passed away. Then I found out he’s been dating some actress 25+ years younger than him for 5 years. So the dude doesn't lack for companionship.

Let us also not forget that Liberty produced this guy, and is basically an institution designed to produce more of these guys:

I checked to see if UMBC got into any tournament this year. Despite a 21-13 record, they aren’t in the CIT, NIT or CBI. You would think like the CIT would want to invite them for publicity. Also the CIT has a truly breathtakingly awfully designed website.

The Cavs also beat the Raptors in that span. And Kawhi was even playing!

Well, as long as Donald remembers to cast Cura, he should be in good hands.

Santana will be happy to know that his old/new team doesn’t tolerate such...

I wonder, and I had this same thought with the Cowboys/Greg Hardy, if signing this guy is partially because it puts a salary on the books that you dont have to pay all of. The Browns have been way under the cap the last two years and even after the OBJ trade they have $40m of space. So they *have* to spend money. So

I never really understood why it should have been applied in the first place. The idea that theres no use punishing the dead goes out the window when there are estates to be held liable. And Hernandez didnt even have to be in court for those appeals, it would largely be lawyers arguing with other lawyers about vague

As a Cavs fan 1) Marquesse Chris is garbage and I will be happy when he’s gone and 2) Holy crap how did we beat the Raptors? Kawhi was even playing!
