Well done.

Fascinating.

*Exceptions made for raisins.

I’m a poor liberal and I don’t want Cain fucking with my money either.

I don’t disagree that you and millions of others got bad advice and got put into a horrible situation financially...BUT, I have concerns about cancelling the debt outright. A college debt forgiveness program would overwhelmingly benefit white middle class people.  Where is the bailout for poor people who never went to

A tennis ball dressed up as a cop, or a cop dressed up as a tennis ball, either really, is about the whitest fucking thing I can think of.

Nailed it.

Seth Moulton both looks and sounds like a character from Veep.

Any lawyerin’ types around here have anything to add to this?  This seems legally dubious.

Thanks

Also hypocritical.

Good take.  I actually lived in the region while the conflict in Burma was happening and I should know more about it, but part of that is due to how hard it is for journos to operate in and report from Myanmar.

A right, I forgot about Burma.  Is that religious violence or ethnic violence though?  Does the fact that they happen to be Buddhist make them Buddhist extremists?

So your take is that the Sunni Saudis are financing Shia Pakistan’s ISI in an attack on Christians in, of all places, Sri Lanka?

Can you post a link?  I’m not being funny but I honest to god have never heard of ‘buddhist extremists’.... am I missing something?

So true. I remember when it was Gawker and the writers used to report and let the peanut gallery denizens of the commentariat opine. Weekends are still like that but the weekday crew are all about thousand word screeds filled with self-righteousness and sanctimony.

“Terrorism requires money” is a true statement.

I think back a lot to the halcyon days of Gawker and how much has changed since then and then I marvel at the fact that that hack is somehow still employed as a writer despite all the staff turnover.
