Thanks, still drool at the memories (smell & tastes) of mum’s kitchen.... Best made with baby potatoes. Boiled, peeled and then roasted with spices drizzled with cooking oil. Best eaten with rice and sambar, though makes a tasty accompaniment to any Indian meal.
