“Hey kids: Dab the Vote!”
But.... but Deadspin and Splinter told me voting wasn’t cool and they’re always right.
I don’t really get this mocking tone. And it’s not like they they are replacing “rocking the vote” with “dubstepping the vote” or whatever the hell kids are into these days — bringing a plus one just seems like a clever new idea.
Good points all. Thanks for articulating so well my own feelings about this less than perfect episode.
I am actually dreading it :(
I know it wasn’t your intention, but you really made me miss this show.

Pretty much every single Home Improvement episode went thusly:
Scene 1: Tim mocks Al’s weight and lack of masculine traits; Al gets last laugh when Tim screws something up.
Capt. Marvel? Resident Evil (love me some Milla Jovovich), Hunger Games’ Katniss, Aliens w/ Sigourney ...? There’s been a few more than you note.
The trailers made it seem like it was forcibly “for women” rather than being a good movie with women in it. Yes, although there are people complaining about all the Spider-man movies.
“Aberforth” - twice four paragraphs from the bottom.
Feels a bit off to Harry Potter-ise the tragedy.
An honest mistake, I’m sure, but please correct.
There is definitely a charisma hole in the casting of Ben Daniels as Tony Armstrong-Jones. That guy was strikingly handsome, a superb photographer, well spoken and as a “team”, he and Margaret really turned eyes. Margaret may have had moments of refreshingly risque candor, but she certainly was more than that. Margare…
People don’t understand what the ACA cost Obama and the Democrats. They had 59 seats (with the Independents) in the Senate and a 79 seat majority in the house. Even with this massive advantage they couldn’t get a public option through the Senate and ended up passing the ACA in the senate with a 50-50 tie broken by Joe…
Most food aversions come down to either parents who can’t cook, allergy/intolerance, texture, and/or a negative association.
I wonder if my sister would like that album.
