Higher physical standards. I like Marines, I’ve worked with plenty of them, but the Corps (particularly enlisted - I’ve known some damned fine officers even if a flag officer once told me their entire purpose as a service is to see who is left after a bayonet charge up a hill) is not exactly known for rocket…

The DAs office and the ADAs there are apparently ok with him too although not quite as supportive - it’s just that he often is pretty lenient on first offenders, which is why the PDs came out so strongly.

Yeah, I’m not saying that parts of this don’t feel off, but that kind of a statement doesn’t exactly suggest objectivity from his end either, especially when he’s the source of the previous text.

Do you know anything about the guy who posted this? It does sound like he has an axe to grind with League that doesn’t have anything to do with this.

I’ll pull this out of the greys since a quote from the Hollywood Reporter article addresses this.
