Busting my ass in FFXIV to finish patch 3.4 and 3.5 before Stormblood next week. Been a long road already, did 3.1, 3.2 and 3.3 in the last 2 weeks, man SE added a ton of content while I was gone .

Maybe in Microsoft’s desperation to get any single exclusive they can, put some cash on this? Since it was on the original PS it would technically be like stealing a PS exclusive :)

This is always Sony though, reveal at E3, then 12 - 18 months later they release. Always been this way.

Personally hate this business model. I am a play it and sell it gamer, only way I can afford to play 50+ games a year, so there is no hanging onto a game for it to be patched over and over, multile DLC releases, ect.

In full on PSVR mode right now. Been blasting through games all week. Just finished up Res Evil and starting Farpoint today. If I can make it the the end tomorrow then I may dive into some FF14 to finish up some story before the expansion comes out.

I think right now it is a pure numbers game that will dictate where the better experience is. Bungie has already sided with PS4 this gen, with timed exclusive content and such. That 60 million consoles sold is just too enticing to publishers.

I imagine based on the specs that MS release, we will likely see parity on performance. Only real advantage the Scorp has at this point is more ram, the cpu is just slightly more powerful than the Pro which really surprised me, especially after how MS talked at E3 last year about this new consoles power.

Intersting, what on earth allowed for HDR display in 2009? Did we even have HDR8 capable hardware back then?

Sadly I think both the Scorp and PS4Pro will not see games in “true” 4k at 60fps.

Interesting, I didn’t know it was on PC yet, last time I looked was in the fall when I grabbed a XB1s and it was not a thing on PC yet.
