That was a glorious time. There was such a sense of community back then, it seems lost now sadly.

Oh man, I remeber days and days of Moogle king, him and Garuda. Those were the days /sigh

Not if there is a handicap stall in the existing M/F washrooms like most public schools. Again I go back to, so your child who is different and expects to be treated as such, will negatively impact ALL our kids, there is a bathroom in place, but because you choose not to use it, it is suddenly a crisis.

Well then riddle me this, when companies do stand out, like for Demon Souls, and it is a resounding success.

My argument against that is FF11.

When did society switch from the needs of the many being fulfilled to the needs of the few mattering more?

The cancer is the casual crowd that is leaching the life out of the gaming industry.

But then you have the smallest of minorities of the world acting like they rest of the majority needs to change their ways. You see it in all factions.

I think the problem is though, do we need to cater to every crowd with every product?

I know I am in the minority here, but I did not mind FF14 pre realm reborn.

Gonna finish up Bound in VR this weekend, hoping to plow through Inside and Abzu, and then back to FF15

What I found was unfortunately going back to TR (I played it originally on XB1 last year) after Uncharted 4, made it feel completely last gen by comparison.

Just finished up WD2, pretty great game, but sadly fell apart in the last 3 missions, like over the top unbelievable Michael Bay type shit. Sad because it marred an otherwise perfect game.

MAybe because the whole Transgender movement is such a big deal now Link will have transformative powers.

14 is VERY solo friendly. I am much like you, I simply cannot commit to being online at a specific time to do a task.

I just found it really captured the spirt of Final Fantasy that 13 didn’t. With towns, open environments, great story and plot, and a good combat system, it was a real winner in my books.

I keep an active sub, but only for the veteran gear you get for X days continuous subscription, in reality I tend to pop in for a week or two every 3-4 months, when the new story content drops.

That was one of my biggest reservation with 14 as well. I am a solo player, and really not keen on playing with others and making the typical relationships needed to succeed.

I felt the opposite, where FF13 felt very unlike the franchise, 13-2 in particular really got back to the roots of FF. It felt oldschool in a way, kinda like FF 6 in my opinion.

“Lots of people are saying Final Fantasy is back. Those people should go play Final Fantasy XIV
