Big “Nightmare Creatures” vibes!

Yep. Because of prior deals last generation it wasn’t a big deal but with PS5 most likely not getting any Bethesda or Obsidian made games, the MS ecosystem looks rather appealing

My brother bought CP2077 for XB1, and I have a Series X. So he played it, and, hilarious graphical errors aside (there were so many of them) he really, really liked it. Played through to the end three times to see all the outcomes.

At least the River City series is still going.

Cyberpunk 2077: Decent game at its core, but marred by bugs-a-plenty, too many undercooked and unfinished features to list, a(nother) horrible UI, unoriginal and mail-in RPG mechanics, and most of all, antiquated gameplay mechanics.

can see the garfield phone event happening sometime in the future, people will be confused

I thought this post was about House Flipper. House Flipper has a feature that lets you import any picture off your desktop and decorate your house with it. For a game that’s just about renovating houses, I found it very fun to play with.

Calm down buddy. These are retail jobs in an industry where retail has been shrinking for years.

I actually wouldn’t mind a reboot of that. The story was good on paper at least and the characters were fun but the gameplay was extremely generic and unpolished. It kinda felt like the first Bloodrayne game where the first hour or so of gameplay was an unbearable slog and then suddenly it got really entertaining

Mystery? Did I not watch Sony do their own teardown before release day?

The “mixed feelings” in the title come off more as overwhelmed ambivalence and fatigue in the article, than like you truly have had a mixed experience with good and bad game elements. Again and again and again you bring up things that seem subjectively good, and then qualify that by saying they left you cold,

Phil Spencer, the guy who was all-in on letting Smash Bros. include Banjo Kazooie? The guy who greenlit Minecraft on non-Xbox consoles, and included the Nintendo Switch in the “Better Together” update (allows crossplay between Xbox/PC/Switch)? The one who went on an Animal Crossing talk show, who said he’d be open to

Nintendo has, literally, no legal basis for this. They’re being a bully pulpit. If properly challenged in court, they’d lose. This is fair use and Nintendo cannot exhibit any revenue loss for a product they no longer support and no longer sell.

Roms are legal, emulators are legal, mods are legal. Nintendo’s claim is baseless, but a small organisation does not have the money to spend on lawyers to show in court that the claim is baseless.

Great! Then they should go after tournaments that use pirated copies of the game, because The Big House is not one of those.

I understand reading is hard, but as the article states nothing about this process requires pirated copies of the game or anything illegal at all. Please consider not speaking so confidently in the future.

Lots of people licking the boot and deciding it tastes great down here. They’re not going to “lose their IP” because somebody is playing their 19 year old game online dummies. Slippi is entirely new code on top of emulated software, which in itself isn’t illegal. They know a grassroots melee event doesn’t have the

No that’s not how it works.  You’re just making shit up to try and absolve Nintendo of making a dick move.

Of course, you won’t be able to use the GameCube controller with the Nintendo Switch Lite or in handheld mode on the original Switch since it requires a separate adaptor [sic]....

People that prefer PS controllers to Xbox controllers are the same kind of people who pour milk THEN cereal.
