That’s something that I always forget about. MS published ME and EA did ME2&3. So they could have those ready to go since EA would be the only thing standing in their way. But they have expressed interest in supporting BC for their titles so it’s probably just a matter of time.

Nah. Developers are lazy because of bluray, and very little compression or optimization is being done. As seen with the Uncharted Collection, you can actually fit 3 entire HD games on a single disc if you optimize and compress.

Not to my knowledge. I play on 3DS and since the patch to fix the freeze i have yet to experience any problems I did in the past...I.E. Invisible bosses, frozen games, no sound.
