Personally, I think it’s some sort of bug that’s causing the fan to sporadically not spin up fast enough. Considering the battery gauge bug, it honestly wouldn’t surprise me. It would also take into account why it isn’t happening to everyone.

I can say, anecdotally anyways, that I think it’s from playing in docked mode for overly extended periods of time when it’s overclocked, i.e., Breath of The Wild.

Yup. Mine warped with a screen protector, so I can definitely say it doesn’t prevent it from happening.

My Switch warped with a glass screen protector, so no. They are just as flimsy as the actual screen.

Sony paid for marketing in exchange for timed console exclusivity. Expect to see it on Xbox in the next year, likely when their VR is officially unveiled, if I had to guess, so probably E3.

Been playing this obsessively since it came out on Xbox with the Games With Gold business. Caught me totally off guard with its solid, extremely addictive core game loop. Gooood stuff.

I know a game should probably work when I buy it, and if a large portion of your customers feel ripped off, that’s not good.

I said it hurt them, not the game. Considering the entire point of this piece is because people are destroying them online, I’m pretty sure that’s factual.

And that has clearly been a good idea, right? If said games are making you look like a developer to think twice about, maybe don’t do that. I know I won’t be buying their new one anytime soon, if at all, and I’m certainly not alone in that.

Where those games broken and unplayable?
