This is something I’ve often thought too. I don’t want to wear women’s clothes necessarily, but I wish that men’s clothes had the wide range of styles and cuts and textures and patterns that women have access to. And accessories! Sure, rock stars can get away with wearing scarves, bangles, or multiple necklaces; but

I found it! I mean, I found A tub.... and I think its more of a baptismal pool..... but I found it!

IIRC, this ad started running just as the last of the 300ZX were being sold off. I even vaguely recall reading that customers were coming in to Nissan dealerships asking to see “that car from the Barbie ad” and getting told it was discontinued.

Target just had this on sale for 50 bucks 2 weeks ago, seemed like a pretty good deal so I picked one upwhen I got groceries. Should have waited......

According to my wife’s late Yooper grandfather, he built that bridge by hand, all by himself. Wonder what he would think of this.

Could be evidence of a vote-stuffing bot. A real browser wouldn’t send the numeric value (1 or 2) with the response, but a script hitting the poll api via curl requests might. They probably threw in a couple of “no” responses in there to make the results look more organic, hence the one that ends in “2

Those are gorgeous, but why does their 5-door look almost identical to a first-gen Mazda3 from 2004?

It also needs the tubular step rails, though this would probably be easier to add on later.

Is that an Mitsubishi Montero/Pajero / Dodge Raider?

Yep! That’s how I bought my last car. I pretty knew exactly what I wanted, narrowed it down to about 3 models, and found a vehicle that matched about 90% on color, trim, etc. I just needed to check on the condition and make sure that it drove as expected but the Carmax was about an hour away. Made a request to see the

In the Tarantino-verse, Hitler was killed by an Allied commando group (the Basterds) so WWII ended much earlier. I think we can assume this changed the post-war timeline for Volkswagen and other German automakers, so some models were developed before they were in our world.

Reminds me of how the Marvel Netflix shows wouldn’t say “The Avengers” or even “Tony Stark.” It was always some lame crap like, “the big green guy and his crew.

I remember liking Medicine Man as a kid, “Itsh the plauge of the 20th fucking shentury Dr. Bronx, and they’re deshtroying the cure!” (or something to that effect.) The scenery of the Amazon was well shot, especially when they went above the canopy.

So annoying about that line is that obviously SOMEONE showed up. There were way more rebels on that planet than the little band who escaped on the Falcon at the end of TLJ. And they have the old Tantive IV now, obviously someone came along and brought it. Another example of Abrams just not thinking things through

Dome Zero style

So.... a fast RWD electric wagon with Mustang inspired styling? Just one question....

And a 188hp turbo standard, with the option to to go up to 215. That’s stupid power for a B-segment micro cuv. The Soul is the only one that still has a decent engine option now.

Did H R Geiger design that?!
