Could be evidence of a vote-stuffing bot. A real browser wouldn’t send the numeric value (1 or 2) with the response, but a script hitting the poll api via curl requests might. They probably threw in a couple of “no” responses in there to make the results look more organic, hence the one that ends in “2”
