Your brain processes hearing dialogue differently than reading it. If it’s a visually stunning movie, it’s gotta be dubbed. Even Miyazaki has said that you should watch animation in your own language so that the visuals and artistry are front and center.

You could just about say “anywhere in PA”. I grew up in Lancaster where suburban roads were 25, rural roads and standard thoroughfares were 35, and highways were 55, no exceptions. The worst part was that most drivers went about 5 pmh below that.
