I think the show creators partially didn't make Charlie a love/sex interest on purpose because I heard that one of the reasons past female characters didn't last was due to the female fan base reacting negatively to them as possible love interests for the boys
I understand Felicia's appeal, but I really think the previous episodes were enough. She really didn't do much for me in this episode. Although she does make for some funny moments.
