The guy has made some real duds but he has also made some of the best of all time. I like the big Avenger movies and some of the stand alones but I can’t imagine ever sitting down to rewatch any of them. People will be rewatching Scott’s best for decades to come. The vast majority of the superhero movies will be

This is just one issue with having 10 new streaming services. Just like the issue was when it was deemed necessary to have 200 new channels. Someone has to make content nobody actually asked for to justify their existence.

Would it really be so insane to think that there could be someone out there who isn’t already famous (B or C list anyway) who could be qualified for the job? Someone smart, personable, relatively young for relatability and longevity. Does it have to be a “celebrity” to feed people their trivia after an early dinner?

I actually finished Battletoads back in the day. People act like it was some sort of impossible game but you can’t bet against the patience of an unemployed 16 year old who is still too young to drive.

I could never scratch the surface of Ghosts ‘n Goblins though in any of its formats though. That was a ridiculously

I’ve never expelled anyone before, but that pig had some powerful friends.”

Guy in mouse ears knocks on the door and lays out just how many people have played “his” character over the course of the past 18 years.

Yeah. Clerks works great as a one-off indie low budget/school project come to life type thing. If you can relate to the retail life it really shines. Solid soundtrack and some funny scenes. We did not need a sequel.

Popular demand leading to a movie which made a bunch of money getting a sequel? See America? You can’t kill democracy.

The show definitely has its holes and contrivances but it can be great fun and there are at least a few characters worth caring about. We can at least give it the same level of leniency that the “Tween/Teen Fantasy Dystopia of the month” gets on Netflix and try to appreciate the availability of something for someone

A small consolation is the bare minimum of people found those helpful. Can you vote on the helpfulness of your own contribution?

They need to do an adaptation of Agricola. Good old depressing 17th century subsistence watching neighbours steal the wood you needed for your house remodel which has been stopping you from growing your family/workforce as you slowly slide into starvation and begging. TV has become too uplifting.

I’ve been having great fun watching current and past episodes of shows like 2 Minutes to Late Night and their videoconference cover versions of various songs. These have been a joy this year.

Much fuss about nothing. If you’re old enough to type on a computer you’re too old to care about this.

Joke’s on you. Nobody has actually *read* that copy of Infinite Jest.

I get that it is for the viral internet points but who has the time to wait for that small pot to cook an enormous fish or a whole chicken? Assuming it actually cooks through and you don’t just die.

As someone who played the first game I am disappointed nobody thought to subtitle this series Fighting and Fucking.

I assumed sexual misconduct was the point. Or at least why this was still on the air these days.

Pins and a selection of other gifts? Can people not have a mildly amusing pet these days without the need to monetize the goddamned thing?

Be thankful that Marketing has, so far, seen fit to be content with a toy which doesn’t have to be stuffed with a bunch of e-waste to simulate whatever catchphrases the guys down the hall have in mind for it.

Oh silly. We don’t give you any change back. We put it towards your monthly streaming content bill.
