I've always considering getting into this business. I grew up watching the Dateline specials where they'd show tests from the IIHS, and it amazed me as a kid. Still does to this day. I've used some Adam's products, they're great. Sonax, Meguiar's, and 1Z are also good.

Armor All (or similar). I can't stand the way these products make interiors look, especially considering that they do no good in the long term besides damaging your plastics and vinyl. People purchase this stuff by the loads, too.
