Well the bad guys are all described as light skinned and the hero is a mix of the two. So there's plenty of room for whitewashing and race-bending while staying true to the source.

There's a brewery in El Segundo, CA that has 16 different IPAs on tap. Luckily their one non-IPA was really good so I could still drink there.

you can get a mix for Thai tea at asian grocers that tastes very similar to the stuff you get in the restaurants. Not sure about HK tea.
