I think the issue is Casilla is a giant baby and if he gets pulled from the closer role, he’s going to scream and cry and somehow be an even bigger distraction.

MMO I used to play had a boss where you had to stand in color coordinated circles and I always had to sit out the fight. Had a guy get legitimately mad at me once and said “you should probably see a doctor and get that fixed”.

He does have 7 saves vs. 3 blown saves this year which is tied for the ML lead. He’s trending upward, but he hasn’t been a pillar of inspiration (so far in the early season). SF has a history of closers rising and falling quickly, Wilson, Romo, Casilla is 2012...
