That's somewhat undervaluing his distance heals and that he can heal past enemy shields. Tossing an orb on a diving Genji or Tracer that really no one else can heal without exposing themselves is pretty great at times.

She does more burst damage than Zen? A full charge + discord kills almost anything other than a tank if you hit right.

From what I’ve seen/heard, Boombox loves sitting Harmony on Genji’s/Tracer’s so I’m sure he’s Discording a lot of those targets as well. Would be really nice if we had some measure of Discord damage tracking.

Unrelated, as someone currently trying to learn Japanese, what’s the point of putting the hiragana above the kanji? I’ve seen this in a couple places before, I mean it certainly helps learn the kanji but isn’t the point of kanji to not need the hiragana?

It’s a no call because it was legal. You don’t get to just make up a rule mid game because it suits you. If Jenkins had gone low and Cooks decided to duck and their helmets had hit then, you’d still be crying over it needing to be flagged.
