For the majority of us who have been anticipating this film forever, we do not root for Ryan Reynolds, per se. We root for Deadpool, and accept Reynolds as a great choice for the character we know. And the movie looks VERY good, from a fan perspective.

To be clear, I’m no Ryan Reynolds fan. While I did like Two Guys and a Girl (post-Pizza Place) that was probably more about Nathan Fillion and Traylor Howard. I’ve never paid to see his movies, and have never really been tempted to, but this one happens to look like it will be fun even if the marketing campaign needs…
