On Netflix it’s Scott & Bailey with a huge fuck off BBC logo (as Taisie might say) But sadly they don’t have series 4 or 5 available :(

Depression in any form sucks :P I tend to get the ‘blues’ as well, but I’ve never looked to get a diagnosis or anything. There’s a book called “Feeling Good” that I’ve found helpful- it’s cognitive therapy based and working through the chapters actually does help me feel better, not just functional. Like you, I get to…
Sure. He was 20 or 21 when was diagnosed, but he had also grown up with an abusive father, and had both been abused himself and seen his mom and siblings abused, until his mom left his dad when he was a teen. I think his childhood abuse affected our relationship more than his dysthemia. Dating him was really really…
I once dated someone with dysthemia, but he had a lot of other issues too.
I made a couple square-foot gardens last year and you’re inspiring my garden ambitions for this season. I can’t plant for another few weeks where I am. Seriously, we could still get snow.
Honestly, why don’t the nice people turn around and hound the tolls, Revenge of the Trolled-style? Oh right, because we’re nice.
I bought ice cream and oatmeal cookies on the way home yesterday for ice cream sandwiches on the deck :)
So not a doc, but I’m watching Bailey & Scott from the BBC and I LOVE it!!!
Getting cleaning help was the best thing I’ve ever done. Mr. Fan is the one who doesn’t notice the dirt and to some extent in our case it’s a gender thing. Neither of us is Martha, though. I like both Jolie Kerr (My Boyfriend Barfed in My Handbag/ Ask a Clean Person) and unfuckyourhabitat.com to help me keep the dirt…
On the bright side, the experience prepared you for life.
You can probably skip that part. That’s how I watch Vikings or anything gory/ scary- fast forward, baby!
At least they had a campaign? That happens on this side of the pond too, especially since hospitals no longer have the big burly orderlies who dealt with violent patients.
I think just having a registry sends the message that the stalker’s behaviour isn’t normal, and that it’s a crime. That might cause law enforcement to take it more seriously, and maybe even prevent a few creeps from stalking because they don’t want to be on a public registry.
Are you kidding?!!! There’s knives and hot surfaces!
She’s the best bunny! But sometimes she’s a bad bunny. I rub a little soap along the baseboards so she doesn’t nibble, and she has toys to chew, throw and dig in to. As long as she gets attention every day and has things to do, she’s about the same as a well-behaved cat or dog.
I didn’t know anything until I was trying to figure out what kind of pet to get (I’m allergic to cats and dogs.) They live 10 years, so I wanted to be sure I knew what I was getting into. My bun’s cute, fun, playful and surprisingly smart.
You ARE worthy and you absolutely should have good things come your way. Also I love your screen name.
Alice lives free range in my living room, has fabulous ears, and uses a litter box, so she’ll be ok. Rabbits are like cows, they have to digest their food twice to get all the nutrients. Unlike cows, they don’t chew a cud, they have two kinds of poo. Regular poo ends up in the litter box, but the other kind is called…
I can handle any thing, and pain is temporary.
I grew up with a kid who insisted on wearing a towel safety pinned to his shoulders as a cape, every day of grade 1. A 4 y o in my rec program used to wear about 10 layers of clothes (tights, jeans, shorts, several skirts, multiple shirts.) Kids are odd. She’ll have a new obsession soon enough ;) Plus your husband is…
