I’m a geek, I enjoy the British museum. They have a baggage check (or they did in 2006) and a nice tea shop, plus really old swords. And it’s free! unless the tories have fucked it up with austerity.
That’s awesome. A bunch of them got out in my school once (7 year olds, class gecko, substitute teacher) and we could still hear them singing months later. I’d feel bad about the crickets, but I guess it’s better than being fed to a lizard.
Frankly, if they make it 12 years, I’d be shocked. I give them 5 years max. She has preteen kids, and they’re often unemployed (not the kids ;), so stressors.

Oh, I think she’s aware. I found out she existed by waking up in the middle of the night and hearing him on the phone with her, crying and promising he wasn’t lying about where he’d been that evening. Then they had an argument about when I’d be moving out of our house, in which he lied and said I’d promised to leave…
All of that makes sense to me. I blocked both of them on social media ages ago, and I’m considering moving back to my hometown for a lot of reasons (closer to parents, lower cost of living, housing market less scary).
Jezzies are generally against rape and assault, directed at anyone. People who use their position of trust to abuse children are especially despicable. It’s difficult for all survivors to come forward, and gender expectations fuck with women and men survivors in different ways. I hope Dr. Archibald faces charges.
