It may just be all the stress and worry you’re going through. My love for the various kids in my life morphs and changes as they age. I think it’s easier to feel that moment of LOVE with a baby or toddler because they are so completely dependent, but plenty of parents don’t feel it for a while after their kid is born.…

I saw The Notorious RBG a month ago (I think?) and then read a couple RBG biographies- so good. It was really interesting listening to her lay out her strategy for which cases to take to the supreme court. I’ve been meaning to see the Mr. Rogers doc, although not tonight. I’m so sorry about your dad. And your bike- the last time mine was stolen, I found a new one on craig’s list (that long ago) being sold by someone who wanted to clear out her tiny condo- so I was very sure it wasn’t also stolen. Anyway, it was a nicer bike than I could afford, and she threw in a bunch of accessories…

Wow, you had an eventful week! I think so many of us dismiss things that are abusive. I know when I was in a an abusive relationship, it made me feel even less safe to actually name it as abuse. I know. I should get on my bike and take myself to a patio or just stroll and people watch on the main strip.
