"Not every week can be bears and brides."
So, Reese then!
First off, hooray for the review! We were all worried we would have to ask The Machine if everything was okay in Alexa-land!
EXACTLY.
I think I would have loved the impressions of each other more if it hadn't been a teaser before the season, but it was still excellent. Amy Acker can play all the characters. Too bad we didn't get to see a Shaw impression! yet.
Honestly, I will be disappointed if Keith David doesn't end up a major player in this season, otherwise it sort of seems like a waste to spend an episode introducing his character and adding him in for some backstory we didn't necessarily need.
I don't know, chica hamburguesa. I don't know.
They keep highlighting it in "What's on tonight" and say Alexa is reviewing it. I am hoping she isn't sick or something is otherwise wrong.
Especially if we just see hair and not a face!
And so very clever of The Machine to use someone who looked so similar!
Edited to remove a double comment. Silly Disqus.
Here's my spoilery opinion (for posterity for people reading this review)
It seems that we were outsmarted by TM, looking forward to comment on that when the review goes up!
I am also waiting impatiently!
Since Jonah Nolan's new show for HBO "Westworld" keeps getting delayed, I keep hoping we will see some POI alums show up there.
And *spoiler I guess* based on a quick little scene from the trailer, looks like a lot more, hopefully.
Sounds like my reaction will be "Oh yay it's (insert character name)… oh shit I wish you weren't immediately killed."
He absolutely isn't one of Robert's bastards, or his last name wouldn't be Payne. Any bastard has the last name of his or her region (aka Snow, Stone, Sand, Flowers, Hill, Rivers, Storm, Pyke, and Waters)
For CBS, it absolutely is. And it's probably wishful thinking, but I know the powers that be at POI were trying to shop it to other places to continue, initially.
I mean, of course I do. As long as no one minds the spoilers!
