Nintendo only owns a fraction of those ROMs and that’s the only ROMs that should be purged, at best. Any other ROM should left up to the original publisher to decide.

Not only that it’s a “spiritual successor,” but this particular one is by a company claiming they want to only make original games. Which is an odd tagline when their most hyped game is a clone of another franchise (which I will play the shit out of if it’s at least halfway decent). 

Not to hate on the engine, but it’s built on the Unity Engine and I just have a hard time trusting it. Their jobs postings seem to point to them needing more talent to work on the game/ specifically the Unity engine for the game.

I don’t think the 3DS ever had one included as it had the analog slide and the dual analog accessory. It did have a wrist strap though, just sans nub. 

D: You must press really hard or maybe had some debris on your screen. It never messed with my screen, thankfully. I was always worried about that though. Unfortunately, my launch DS suffered a different fate, the whole unit just stopped working. I still don’t know why. 

The wrist strap thumb control went largely unnoticed from what I could tell, but damn was that ever the best way to play any FPS on the DS. When I got my DS and would play MP: Hunters (the demo), It always seemed confusing to people that I wasn’t aiming with the stylus, but with my thumb.

Yeah, this has always been an issue with rubber topped control sticks. Every PS, Xbox, and Ninty controller I’ve ever had has had this problem from playing too much.
