Every time Barry doesn't disarm everyone as his step one protocol is a total failure on the part of the writers. Writing a scene where The Flash gets punched by someone without the benefit of super speed is an embarassment.

I make that point all the time, but for some reason, most people don't think it's a big deal. But it's really like Greg Brady pining over Marcia, except Barry and Iris were prepubescent when they started living together.

The Flash is superfast except when someone is punching him, but he's fast again is someone is about to apply the killshot. Then he's not again, when a metal rack falls on him. Then the homicidal villain walks away instead of finishing him off.

Yes, but both of them are (in setup) Smallville. Also, Misfits is sooooo much better than The Flash it's incomparable.

This was one of the lesser episodes, but how this gets a C and any episode of The Flash gets higher than a D means each reviewer is grading on their own curve.

You can understand enough to know what they did in Frequency is wrong.

He's hilarious. Maybe the humor doesn't make it through when your colon is covering up your ears.

The time travel mechanics in this film were so dumb I could not enjoy any of this movie. The part where Quaid is carving a message into the table and it spells out in the future in real time betrays a total lack of understanding of time travel. A very stupid person's understanding of time travel. BTW, this similar

Troy Gentile absolutely kills every line reading as Barry. He's easily the best part of the show.

Cisco, Iris, and even Caitlin can hit the bricks. None of them bring anything to this show except for bad acting and cheese. Take Eddie while they're at it.

Except insanely boring.

Because the writers on this show don't go beyond coming up with a Monster of the Week. They have no follow through with anything or work with the implications of their powers. For instance, the very first thing Barry should do is disarm every enemy in super speed. He is constantly NOT doing that and people keep dying

They should really just kill off Iris. She's bringing absolutely zero to the show. Every single scene with her drags on forever. When I see her on screen, I hear brakes squealing in my head. Maybe her secret dark matter power is to slow down time. It certainly feels like it to me. Will Iris ever find out Barry's

Mulaney may have worked if it were quietly weird. The need to keep the audience laughing is ill suited to the show.

Absoutely. The aesthetic, the character design, and the pacing as well. The one thing missing were the huge bravura set pieces. This was quite small and quiet, which made it seem creepy.

Purple Kelly was the most pathetic quit. It was clear that Julie was on the show to please Rocker and didn't really have any deep down desire to play the game. But Kelly actually wanted it enough to make it through the audition process. She ended up doing nothing but wearing Fabio's yellow windbreaker and giving zero

I like Mantzoukas in nearly everything he does, but I love him when he plays Rafi. He's like a gigantic snort of crytal meth. At least, the way Tuco Salamanca snorted it. I don't actually know how meth works.

That's the most hyperbolic comment I've ever read.

If you watch this show as a satire skewering the impossibility/implausibility of sitcom situations, it becomes much more interesting. It still won't be funny, but at least it has purpose that way. I have no idea if that's at all the intent, but now I have two reasons to keep watching the show, the other being that

The proper question is, "what came first, the chicken or the chicken egg?"
