Is that real? I can't tell. It shouldn't be on a plane. It is no different than a full size gun which may or may not be real.

Including Gizmodo writers. When Apple came out with their version of Google Latitude it was described as "game-changer"......even though it does the exact same things as Latitude except it only works on iOS and came out 2.5 years later.

What makes a 5 inch tablet a dumb idea? There is a proven market for small tablets going all the way down to the 3.5" screen of the iPod Touch.

I know. Back last month Sam had a post about how Samsung is going to start selling phones with bendable screens next year.

Anyone who adds "gate" on to the end of another word is an idiot. You should be glad that it isn't being used here.

Ok so the extra 512MB of RAM over the Kindle Fire doesn't make that much of a difference in performance.

Currently Samsung is the top smartphone manufacturer in the world. In the United States, HTC is the top manufacturer, Samsung in second place, and Apple in third.

The double in 6 months refers to Android. 6 months ago there were 100 million Android devices. Now there are 200 million. It doubled in the past 6 months. The statement that everyone is moving to to an iPhone is a sarcastic comment. Android activates 550,000 devices every day and that number is constantly

Apple isn't stupid. They know there's a good chance that Android is going to overtake them.

I do remember an article of praise when Apple copied Google Latitude...

"I'm not sure if this design change counts as an admission of guilt but it sure feels that way"

If you walked in to Best Buy and looked at HDTV from 10 feet would you be able to tell which brand they were if the names were covered up? What about cameras? Or microwaves? Or touchscreen cell phones? Or speakers?

Duh....there are laws about what you can and cannot do on the internet. Unless you live in a cave then I don't understand how you wouldn't know about this.

Wait....I thought the iPhone screen will ALWAYS be 3.5"?!?

That is a long time. Also he says he spends 3 hours looking for drivers every time he reinstalls Windows. Sounds like he reinstalls somewhat often. One would think that he would save the drivers somewhere so it wouldn't take 3 hours every time.

"When I was a kid, the Emergency Broadcast System was the alert that interrupted my cartoons or warned my family of potential flash flooding. The system made sense back then; we all had either the TV or radio on during our waking hours. The irritating honking would sound and we'd rush to see if it was only a test or

Ok....but you didn't explain why the Voice Search and Google Voice applications should be combined. You seem to understand that they do completely different things yet you want to combine them. Might as well combine Google Maps and Youtube....they are both made by Google...might as well just make it one big

The Thrill was not recommend just because it has a 3D screen. It was the author who came up with the idea that the Thrill is a "handset whose chief quality is shitty glasses-free 3D".

Also the Thrill has a dual core processor running at 1GHz, 4G data, 512MB of RAM, 4.3" screen, 1.3 megapixel FFC....it isn't some terrible phone with just 3D. All of it's specifications are at least as good as the 4S' which costing half as much.

Now playing

I seriously don't know why they would be combined. Could you explain why they should be combined? I understand that both of them have the word "voice" in their names, but other than that I don't get why they should be combined.
