Exactly. Too few commenters online have any exposure to how games are actually made. I’m not saying you have to make them to criticize them, but people need to understand that almost every game that’s shipped has an amazing concept behind them that gets restricted for a variety of reasons.

People need to keep in mind that the game you’re imaging when you read these vague descriptions isn’t necessarily the game they would have made.

Maybe I’m just conditioned to Battlefield’s aircraft and helicopter controls, but the ones in Far Cry 5 just feel slow and unresponsive. And the controller layout for them doesn’t feel good to use.
