I like playing Galactic Empires 2 without building a single ship with offensive capabilities. I like going all diplomacy, and watching my influence creep across the galaxy like a thought virus. But honestly, that isn't much of a challenge in that game.

I shave it off for the occasional cosplay. Grows back in about a week.
