Is gun registration publicly available though? Wasn’t there something a while back about a group that printed the list of registered gun owners and they made a huge deal about it? I thought creating a list like that was prohibited.

Where can you look up car license plates at? I was a victim of identity theft and I had the license plate of the car the guy was driving, When I asked the dmv about it they told me that they do not reveal that information. I have not been able to find any site or public record that the owner / address can be found on.
