I honestly came here to bitch that Salt Lake City didn’t make the list. Then I looked at the map and was pleasantly surprised to NOT see it on there. Still in the yellow though. Seriously, this place is a fucking nightmare when an inversion sets in. It can last for weeks and gets progressively worse each day. We

I sat on a Street Rod the other day while attending a group ride w/ my boss. I also own a FZ07. I was drawn to it because it looked really cool. Holy crap though, the ergonomics were complete shit and despite being made out of metal, it seemed more like from the pot metal and soda can pile. Take a look at pictures

Perhaps that low power contributed to the longevity. Under-powered = under-stressed? Combine that with drivers not expecting much and just putting along for years. Reminds me of a TBI 350 or 305. Super under-powered but impossible to kill and will always start regardless of maintenance.

That tow rating is kinda pathetic. I wonder why?? My old Outback with only 15 more HP was rated at 2,000 lbs (manual trans) and the car weighed 600 pounds MORE.

I reeeaallly doubt he will be any slower with the manual. Porsche uses the PDK because it’s faster when driven by an elite-level driver. With those types of drivers they get dick swinging numbers that sell cars.

LOL. While I would encourage many people to get a VR, they are not for the faint of heart. This Subaru is stupid-easy to work on by comparison and parts are also dirt-cheap by comparison.

This chassis does not have great aftermarket support. Bushing options are really limited on the rear end. The chassis itself is also pretty crap if it’s seen a few winters and carried too much cargo or too heavy a trailer.

Low-end and high-end motherboards still come with PS2 connections.

This guy is a Grade-A dummy. Driving his supposedly precious family around in the snow in a high-powered, RWD car, on bald tires....I could tell he was from around here from the thumbnail. Cookie cutter Utah house and the weirdly similar genetics so many Mormons around here share.

The joke is the sarcasm. There is no dealer network.

Yeeeesss. This is my car from 2006. God, I loved that thing.

I will own one of these, someday. I expect by that time my VR will have 300k and will have cost me a million dollars in parts/gas but I don’t care. It’s been 10 years since the VR went away and there is finally a car that lives up to the looks and probably the performance. It doesn’t seem as batshit crazy as the old

Definitely get a DICE unit and be prepared to scare the shit out of yourself.

Nice. Have you verified the AWD system works? Mine was inop for a while due to codes and luckily it was just codes. Dem Haldex pumps aint cheap. Or angle gears. Or anything, really. Lovely to drive though.

This should be at the top of any Geo post. Always.

That was probably the best episode of American Dad.

I was really surprised by how large the turning circles are. 35.8-39.5
