I can break down 95% of windows laptops without a DIY or a step by step breakdown. Not true for any mac. Nonetheless, the analogy was akin to a stereotype, which know don't apply to all but do apply to the majority. I absolutely could not agree more. For years I had to deal with two brothers and my father's computers. They just never knew why 'it started running slow'. Sigh.
