An upholstery staple gun and some patient! That foam adhesive/liner backer sucks. If you can, scrape that off or use a clothes steamer like I did to remove it from the liner cloth, and tack that sucker back up! Cost me about $45 to do it but my neighbor had the steamer. I tried to adhere to the cloth without removing

Do they not require general vaccinations at schools in Georgia? Even 30 years ago in a red state, I had to get some shots before going to any school, public or private.

“I can’t believe that I transitioned and detransitioned, including hormones and surgery, in the course of, like, less than one year. It’s completely crazy,”

This may be the case and a reasonable criticism under typical circumstances for them, but I don’t know how you can level that criticism about coming out as non-binary and asserting the use of they/them pronouns. Figuring this shit out is liberating, and being misgendered is painful. People deserve to hear pronouns

Let me get this straight: This “person” said that in open court? In front of a judge? Or was it a brilliant sound bite?

They should arrest her for her sentence structure.

“The business was our dream so you’’ll work for nothing and like it!”

I have a strong dislike of small business owners that believe that they’re entitled to cheap labor just because they’re small businesses.

Oh, definitely. Constantly having to pick up slack from the owner's shitty kids, and also knowing that if you stick around, they will definitely become your bosses.

As much as people talk up small businesses, Mom n’ Pop outfits and Main Street, I’ve never had a mom n’ pop job that wasn’t exploitative. Low wages, no benefits and no opportunity for growth in a company that carries a family name.

I know multiple people not going back to the restaurant industry because they got so royally screwed over at the beginning of the pandemic. When you stole 2 weeks of wages from your staff before laying them all off with no notice last May, don’t be shocked that they’re not lining up to work for you again this May.

Yeah, I was like "Lady, I didn't marry him."

LOL “why won’t you suffer a little to help indulge my dead husband’s dream, you selfish jerk?”  That’s hilarious and I can absolutely picture someone saying that in total seriousness.

In food at least, a lot of business owners feel like everyone owes them cheap labor because the business was “their dream”. I had someone offer me $14/hr for an exec chef position, to which I replied “Lol, no.” and informed her that anyone actually qualified wouldn’t work for that rate. She cried that opening the

Not to be judgmental, but I’ve never met a smart MBA.  They’re always full of shit.

Quelle fucking surprise.

You know, after the year we’ve had, I think we should get to see mitch mcconnell die. Y’know, as a treat.

I think he makes a great point.... and I am pretty concerned that older folks in Arizona are getting a little senile, and we certainly wouldn’t want any low-quality dementia votes coming in. So, I think they should pass a law that all folks over 65 need to get a dementia screening within a week before voting, and have

Let’s be honest here, the boot is constantly on the necks of some, if it’s not already on yours then your ‘slow down there’ attitude is all about keeping it off yours, dressed up in a lot of concern for balance.

JEEEEEEZUS. Just that screenshot of his video titles is enough to curdle milk. He stans Ben Shapiro? “Bushnell did nothing wrong”? He OPPOSES NET NEUTRALITY?!?! JFC.

Its funny to me that people like this wanna cry about cancel culture. It’s always existed, it’s just that now THEY are the ones getting cancelled because the majority of people find bigotry repugnant and it’s bad for business having employees who are bigots.
