Isn’t this really about the states getting a cut of the cash that Daily Fantasy generates?

Why does it feel that this is suddenly an issue? DFS has been around for years now, but it seems that it wasn’t until this football season that AG’s began giving them any thought.

I tried playing DFS for hockey on one of the sites, but it would only let me Draft Kings. This seems shady, right?
