You might be interested in what one of the Norwegian test pilots had to say about dogfighting the F-16. He praised the nose pointing and energy recovery of the F-35A. Contrary to popular belief, it’s actually not a bad dogfighter at all. Think a clean F-18 with more F-16-like energy and acceleration.
