Martha Wainwright is the best. I saw her eat a bagel just outside Times Square and it changed me.

This sketch would be better if it was funny.
So glad these six white guys found each other.
I think the auto-play Verizon video ads that the AV Club puts on its page are way more annoying than this episode.
Whatever. Considering how it decimates artists' income, streaming is an irresponsible way to consume music. BUT IT SURE IS CONVENIENT.
I like how when I click on Sasha Frere-Jones's name it takes me to Alysia Abbott's website.
Ah, the AV Club: Where every album gets a B, no matter what!
I usually like Heller's stuff, but yeah, the inclusion of the Standells is a major sore point for me here. They weren't dyed-in-the-wool Boston garage rockers: They were a slick lounge band from LA forced against their will to record a song they don't like. That song was "Dirty Water," and when it became a hit, they…
Isn't he the suspected murderer of two women and one man, not three women?
I've had their Y album for like 7 years and still haven't listened to it. Need to do something about that.
Um, hail Xenu, I guess.
I was hoping this photo was a still from "Ted 2."
…nice to have a reminder that Depp isn't ALWAYS a sub-Rich Little-level Vegas hack impressionist doing hammy, SNL-quality imitations of greater artists to the misguided acclaim of culturally stunted rubes who don't know any better.
…seven members? When did they become the hillbilly Dropkick Murphys?
That's Chase Knobbe???? No way! He's my favorite gay porn star…well, maybe next to Pursu N. Diq.
Is it just me or is it always just a little disappointing to see a picture of a band and realize that, once again, it's four white dudes?
Am I watching the same Broad City as Sonia Saraiya? Because the one I
watch is certainly not a "sketch show" — it's a very well-developed
narrative riff on two creative gals with little resources trying to make
it in superficial Brooklyn. It's brilliant, feminist stuff. To say
"sketch show" is to belittle it and…
The fact that you upvote your own comments pretty much tells me all I need to know.
…but nice to know you have nothing better to do than to scan comments from three months ago…
Bullshit. His performances are one-dimensional and contrived. Plain and simple. Martin Landau's devastating, elegant performance in "Ed Wood" makes Depp seem like a two-big community theater leading man, at best.
