I get your point, but that could enhance the song, too, no?  I mean if the sex were great, and/or the person lovely, hearing the song later would stir pleasant emotions.  Of course, Pavlovian boners might be a risk as well, & unless you had a way to address it, that might be undesirable.  Maybe it's a wash?

What Box of Cotton Swabs said. Plus, using an i in place of the b on either side of your word/phrase/whole damn paragraph lets you italicize; using a u lets you underline; using an s strikethroughs strikes though. And you can even combine 'em to make, say, bold, underlined, italics.

And that the people running the show weren't expecting it.  By contrast, Miley Cyrus practiced her routine for weeks before the VMAs, with VMA production looking on.  Not even close to the same thing.
