And that is the point, the reason T-Mobile and Sprint have to offer cheaper plans is because they can’t compete. That is not a reason to stop them from being able to complete.

We know that Sprint is circling the drain. They aren’t going to survive that much longer on their own. So is this merger really a bad idea?

In a general sense yes this consolidation is bad. But I don’t see Sprint being a major player that much longer, merger or no merger.

As the article above links - this isn’t nearly the first time this has happened. When FX started doing there “Every Simpsons Ever” and mastered the early seasons into HD, they were cropped. So blame Fox, and then go pirate your seasons - don’t blame Disney, they just inherited it.
