Isn’t it likely that the $250 chromebook would coust significantly more if shipped en masse to poorly distributed areas? I think the comparison can’t be made directly to a piece of hardware distributed over a highly efficient market of scale.

1. unless you haven’t actually worked on a large development team, you need to know that that’s just plain wrong. Additionally, the FBI has refused to pass said iPhone to apple. They want apple to supple the adapted OS. But even if they didn’t, just developing it means someone inside apple could be pressured/persuaded…
