Sounds about right. I was poking fun at the 28-29mpg which is rare for most people unless you drive I10 for 800 miles yet that’s what most focus on as a selling feature.

I use to see 24-25 in around town mixed but in the last 6 months it’s dropped down to 22-23 with nothing changing in my route or driving style. It’s a crew cab 4x2 short bed with 20inch wheels and I’ll still end up with around 28mpg on long hwy stints if I’m not pulling anything. Love the truck, and after 50k miles it…

All of these wondrous numbers will apply to the stripped ext cab short bed model and drop off significantly for the crew cab 4x4 kingranch/platinum model people are actually gonna buy.
