Thank you, the fact that this is not the image for the story is a travesty!

Same same same.

Obviously Shakespeare was not precisely completely historical in the Henriad, but the Hollow Crown series is pretty wonderful. The OP was correct that Richard II is the highlight, but Tom Hiddleston also pulls his weight in the series. And the on location filming makes for a pretty intense experience of the WotR

Jesus, thank you.

There is actually a theory behind their “I love America” nonsense.

There was a little female gaze renaissance in the 90s. Brendan Fraser took part in a lot of it (he was in School Ties too, which OMG hot guys for miles). I think it peaked with Talented Mr. Ripley.

I’m not a big Dev Patel stan, but Anwar was def. in the same league or better looking than Chris and Sid. I think it might have been the awkward whispy mustache that did him in.

Yeah, most of these aren’t that healthy, and are missing a veg.

Another perspective:

Other than inflatable camp mats, I stopped using air mattresses entirely. They’re really too finicky and uncomfortable and can be replaced in most situations with either a cot+camp pad (for extreme portability) or trifold memory foam mattresses (when a bit of bulk is OK). Or for longer-term extra beds, a

I think you’re right that Devi’s also mean to him, but he does stuff like attack her femininity and Indianness (calling her “David”, saying she has a mustache, etc.), something a teenager is going to be pretty sensitive about, while she mostly attacks his being inferior to her in intelligence, which is unlikely to be

Is she though? He spends a lot of S.1 negging her. I tend to read someone in a negative light if they insult me all the time.

I think this is a good idea for someone just getting into sprouts, but for those who already know they like them, actual sprouting systems are extremely cheap and easy, and they make a lot of sprouts in a small area. I use mine constantly.

This review doesn’t seem to cover it, but the one real needle scratch of S.1 for me was the love line with Ben Gross. The actor does a pretty good job of making you feel for him, but the actual story is not compelling at all. Like, what a shithead. There is no universe in which I want the female lead to end up with

I just said above that Allison from KCFH is Kim Kelly 15 years later.

I’m not sure the story really paints him as that sketchy though. The author repeatedly says that the female character wonders whether he really is sketchy or if it’s just her perception based on expectations for outside reasons. And the little bit of sketchiness (over-texting, being miffed about dumb stuff) is part of

I believe that. Didn’t she start out as a guest star rather than a series regular on F&G? I wouldn’t be shocked if Feig was more focused on the guys and then was convinced by Busy Phillips handling of the character to give her more of the series prime real estate.

Kim Kelley may not have technically been the star of Freaks & Geeks, but I feel like she was def. the second lead. In some ways, Lindsay is really a standin, or cypher, in terms of standing in for the audience (as moralistic middle class judge) and its perception of the “bad kids.” Most of her storylines are really

I sometimes imagine that Slums of Beverly Hills is a sort of sister act to Rayanne in MSCL.

Trump is in hock. T is more scared of the Russian oligarchs than some US company that has a reputation to maintain, so guess who gets paid first when the charade fails?
