I do cost performance calculations for that shit, made my machine black friday 2 years ago and for only 1000 dollars I can still play most games at ultra or high. Mind you anything multiplayer the recommended is lowered a bit so that I can maintain a constant 60+ fps.

Well next gen has to meet a new standard guys we had the previous gen so long some of us forget that games evolve in ways other than graphics.

Halo 1 the game when they were nobodies and had changed from another genre. Also stop smoking dude Quake 2 did not look better.
Halo 2, Halo 3, and Halo Reach however looked great for console back in the day.

Not to mention 450-750 is enough now to build a PC that can beat the current gen consoles hands down. 2k is WAY overkill.
