Don't forget guys the original shots of Dark Souls 2 that were oh so beautiful with amazing lighting were also in-game at the time before they had to scale it back to not have the frame rate take a hit.

Well besides the fact I'm pretty sure those clouds are pre-rendered skyboxes which is nothing impressive the graphics don't actually look that amazing close up only the real far distances which is actually pretty cool for a game to be able to keep the graphical fidelity of assets at a range from being ugly.

Actually Dark Souls 1 has sold more copies overall on PC than PS3 now and Dark Souls 2 on PC is only a little ways behind PS3 sales and both of these came out after the PS3 version.

Dark Souls is not popular because of Demon's Souls it has its own merits and improved on the formula of Dark Souls as well as it was given to a large audience vs the small ps3 playerbase. Also... From Software makes more games than the Souls series you know that right?
