Actually it would be hard for the consoles even if they had the Nvidia equivalent but honestly PhysX adds basically nothing right now its more of a 'it's going to be good in the future' thing.

V was a HUGE step away from Armored Core's style in so many ways and was bad because of it, the especially bland soundtrack helped.
Verdict Day on the other hand fixed problems but didn't do enough but the soundtrack on the other hand was a great remix's of previous armored core songs and a few new ones.

You must be a console gamer for the most part then because games not designed for PC first generally lack something that consoles have even though they are less powerful or the ports are just straight up lazy.
