The CBR, CBZ and CBT file formats are merely renamed RAR, ZIP and TAR files, so you can open them in a file extractor that can open those file types.

This is a nice tool, I'm terrible with selecting colour palettes. Some other colour selection tools I've found online are ColorCombos and COLOURlovers. Both help you pick colour palettes that don't look like a bag of asses.
