I think there are some narrow ranges of box size / weight combinations where UPS/FedEx might be cheaper, but yes 99% of things are cheapest with USPS.

You should mostly stop saying it, because, chances are it’s being shouted into a social media bubble that already agrees with you and you are doing nothing to change the situation.
