A lot of neato IP can be done at what I imagine could be a fiscally responsible number. I want a Chu Chu Rocket with online puzzle sharing and multiplayer, that's not exactly GTA VI's budget nor even needs to be a full priced title, or even a physical release (but should be).

Eh, even if they have intent to sell, I’m still with Rafi on this one.

You know who they got that inspired by. Me. Just look me up.

Nobody should being booked for weed unless DUI.

Sadly no, but Jeff Keleigh will thank his good friend Hideo Kojima ever 15 minutes.

I’m obviously in the minority here but my thinking is why would I watch a trailer designed to make me want to play a game I won’t be able to play for ~two years.

I'm what sense is this adults only? Because unless the age rating is over 18, this is going to be the same as previous gta games, but with more skin, rendered Photo-realistically. That might make it more sexual, but if that's your definition of adult, then it's not that new or special.

Id be so curious to understand how western games are being welcome for sexual content, but Japanese games are regularly criticized for the same.

Tell me you haven’t played Night Trap without telling me you haven’t played Night Trap.

I bet they will be. Its a classic class action suit and I don’t see how you couldn’t win.

They really should be taken to court for this. Licenses expiring is a common thing in digital distribution. The solution is to pull the licensed content from the store, not user libraries. That’s been the standard practice for games, I don’t see why it should be any different for movies or TV shows.

Honesly if it were ugly it may be more fun.  Its just boring

Right. The collective aneurism from the general public and press coming to terms with the obvious is astounding. Take the same product, remove the Bethesda name and absurd hype, and it would’ve been forgotten and dismissed within a month.

Because it’s a single player game and over time people become done with them and move onto other stuff? And it also didn’t review as well as their previous games and less people are into it.

Not everything is a live service, it’s ok to be done with a game.

Because the game is derivative, repetitive, ugly, and boring?

I’d have been so tempted to try it.

I loved EBgames back in the day and I even ended up working at one. I always tried to avoid GameStop in those days for various reasons. I rarely shop there now a days anyway even though I have their reward card but this may be the last year.

I can’t even play Mario Wonder outside of my house unless I tether my Switch to my phone so it can do that “checking to see whether you’re allowed to play the game or not” bullshit.

Streaming might be an option in a country with modern infrastructure like Estonia, but not in third world countries like most of the USA.

Yeah, I mean, even with a PS5, I still play my Xbox more than anything else. Some of that is momentum (I’ve had an Xbox since the 360) and some of that are Game Pass releases (which for me includes the first-party exclusives, since, well, they’re included).
